ONE-STOP, a Range and Training Land Program (RTLP),
administered by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (COE) in Huntsville,
Alabama to support the needs of U.S. military training facilities. The
One-Stop contract was awarded in September 2000 to support to service
facilities in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,
Guam, and throughout the world.
Through the “Eagle Team” network of RTLP
service providers, professionally-engineered range development services
are coordinated and completed.
